Born in a middle class family, I have seen my dad who struggled hard to see that we get good education and best of life which I am grateful that all parents do. I completed my higher secondary school and started working at a very young age of 17 years to support my family financially. My journey towards my career started in May 1987 with a monthly salary of Rs.500/- per month worked in various departments like administration, accounts, stores, receptionist , customer service, customer complaints. I was working day shifts and night shifts salary starting from Rs 500 to Rs. 40000/- in 2019. During this period I was introduced to network marketing, which was a completely new concept for me started off well but could not continue due to night shifts. I also bought my own flat. I always had a desire to start my own business, but not knowing from where to start.

Continued to work day shift, night shift taking care of my family compromising on lot of things in life. My mind always used to question me,” Almas, how long are you going to work hard,you need to do something different, something that will earn you more money, you need to start your own business. I always discussed this with one of my friend. But did not dare to leave the job which was paying me Rs. 40000/- per month. I took up a part time business with Life Insurance company, went through the training and appeared for IRDA exam. I realized that I was not selling insurance, but helping people to get a job and be financially free. Showing opportunities to people not only to secure theirs and their family life but also accomplish their dreams. Daily I was learning new things,attending meetings and seminars from time to time. I learnt the concept of how to make money work for you and not work for money. Finally I decided to quit my job.
