This book talks about two faced leadership traits in many Leaders. It highlights the Pseudo behaviors of those leaders who keep talking all good things about leadership traits but cannot be pupil of their own sermon . They talk and talk but rarely walk the talk . This Pseudo behavior is criticized in various corners of the premises but not before those people (seniors) who can bring corrections or take action in that direction . This is how most of the Organizations are running . I think there ought to be some mechanism by which these controls can be brought in place for smooth running of the Organization. Leaders should also know that they cannot go Scot free . Chanakya has talked about “Swami” which means a leader takes responsibility of everyone in the team , from the lowest to the topmost cadre of employees and the treatment given to each one of them shallbe more or less alike. Author has highlighted the practical experience that he has observed in his career of more than a decade . It also talks about why leaders are not taking full responsibilities of their stature and just be responsible for those things which will impress seniors .The author stands subject to correction also while he doesn’t mean that he is flawless and has got the licence to criticize others. The book suggests that there should be some method in the madness to keep checks and balances of people working in the Organization which can bring positive culture .
