Kartik, Mixie and Europa: Creating adventure using artificial intelligence is
a very different book.
This book written by Karnav Rastogi talks about three important concepts.
It is divided into three sections. In section one he has introduced a novel
concept of AI writer (artificial intelligence writer). He is of the opinion that
students or first-time writers can attempt writing their story or extend their
story using this writer. He has also mentioned about how AI can be used to
create illustrations in this book.
Second section of the book is a science fiction story about a moon of Jupiter
named Europa where there is a possibility of life besides Earth. An Alien
from Europa lands on Earth and a war occurs between a team of scientists
and the alien family. Kartik and Mixie use artificial intelligence to solve this
mystery.
In the third section he has mentioned about artificial intelligence to students
in a simple and easy to understand manner. He has also described about
history, applications and the use of AI in day-to-day life.
It was a new experience for him. AI writer was like a friend to him or a new
writing partner during pandemic. He was exploring about AI as a part of
this book and came across AI writer. He wrote his thoughts and AI writer
wrote something which was sometimes not completely in sync with his
thoughts. Nevertheless, it helped him to bring twist and turns in his
imagination.

Karnav Rastogi is the youngest author and fiction writer of India with 7 book writing records to his credit. He has created a book series of his own under the title Kartik & Mixie and has released seven books of different genre under it. A poet, storyteller, story writing trainer and reviewer (articles, poems, story, novel reviews) has been writing for an international magazine, world’s only youth led platform from New York since the year 2020. He participates in international editing workshops and dialogue sessions every month where he exchanges views with authors from different countries. He also conducts ‘Author in You’ workshops for school children across India and has trained children from NGOs and from various national and international schools across India. He wrote e-comic (Kartik, Mixie & Corona) to raise funds for Covid warriors through an NGO Umang Foundation and through his second e-comic (Kartik, Mixie & Plastic pollution) to raise funds for education of Covid affected children of NGO, SNEH foundation. His latest book on Climate change was released by
Honourable Governor of Maharashtra Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyariji on June 5th, World Environment Day. He has won several international and national accolades and awards for his writing work. He won gold award from Royal Commonwealth society London, Certificate of commandment from U.K, Pride of Nation, Pride of Indian Education, World’s youngest author to write a book on AI using AI
writer, winner of HT Lenovo national scholarship, Dainik Bhaskar Genius Hunt and many more. Besides writing he is also a UNEP certified Tide Turner plastic champion, an Ocean hero, a conservation hero (WWF), featured in international video of community helping each other in times of need, Earth hour, Humans of Tree and winner of National Science Challenge for his project on sustainable energy.
